Once you’ve placed a custom order you can simply reply to the confirmation email you receive with the artwork and any specific instructions you might have.
We’ll then get to work on it and have the embroidered files over to you within 12 hours. 🙂
We’re capable of sending files in 8 formats: PES, ART, DST, CND, EXP, JEF, HUS, and XXX.
For custom orders, you may mention the format you require while placing the order or sending the artwork and we’ll make it happen.

First off – thank you! If you’ve made a purchase for a ready-made design, you should be able to find the files under the “Downloads” section on the my account page.
A link to the files will also be included in the confirmation email you receive, and you can use that to download the files as well.

Absolutely. One minor revision on a custom purchase is free of charge, whereas a major revision, or revisions beyond the first one are chargeable.
