No physical items are ever shipped. We only provide digital files. Indian Digitizer is a custom embroidery digitizing and vectorization service. This means you send us your artwork, and we convert it into files that can be read by computerized embroidery machines (for stitching) or vector applications (for printing). You get ready-to-use files, not a finished embroidered product.

Our pricing is simple and flat-rate, based on the size of your design. The cost does not change depending on stitch count or complexity — you always pay the same price for the size you choose.

We aim to deliver all designs within 12 hours. In most cases, you’ll receive your files much faster – usually within 4 hours.

No, we don’t physically stitch out designs before delivery. Instead, we give you a detailed PDF proof with every order. This proof shows the stitch count, colors used, and even a step-by-step preview of how the design will stitch out, so you know exactly what to expect.

We accept payments through PayPal and Razorpay. With both, you can pay securely using your credit or debit card, just like any other online purchase. You don’t need a special account to use either option.

It’s very simple. After placing your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. Just reply to that email with your artwork file and any instructions. We’ll handle the rest and send your completed files back by email. No confusing forms – just a quick email reply.

No, you don’t. You can check out as a guest. All you need to do is fill in the required details on the checkout page.

We don’t digitize free samples. However, we do provide a free sample design that you can download and test. You’ll find it here: Free Sample Design.

We can deliver in any of these 8 formats: PES, ART, DST, CND, EXP, JEF, HUS, or XXX. By default, we include PES and DST with every order, but if you need a different format, just let us know when sending your artwork.

Yes! We offer free revisions if you’re not happy with something. Minor edits are always free and unlimited to a reasonable extent. However, if you want to change the artwork itself (like new text or graphics), that’s considered a new order.

Yes, each size is treated as a separate order and charged according to our flat-rate pricing. In some cases, you may be able to resize a design yourself without losing quality, which can save money. However, resized designs don’t always stitch out correctly and may need to be re-done. If you’re unsure, just contact us and we’ll guide you.

As soon as you complete your purchase, you’ll get an email with a download link for your design. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder, or contact us and we’ll resend it.

Yes. We can customize ready-made designs for you, but these are treated as custom orders and charged based on the size you need.

Bundles are sold as complete sets at the listed price. If you want a single design from a bundle, we can create it as a custom order, with charges depending on the size you need.

Yes, absolutely. You can either order directly or have your service provider do it. Once you receive the digitized files, you can simply forward them as-is – they’ll be ready to use.
